- IILM stands for Institute of Integrated Learning in Management. It was established in 1993 under the Ram Krishan & Sons Charitable Trust.
- It has multiple campuses: Gurugram, Greater Noida, Lodhi Road (New Delhi), Jaipur, Lucknow etc.
- The University in Gurgaon was formally established under the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2018.
- The Greater Noida campus is under the Uttar Pradesh Private University (Amendment) Act, 2022.
